What you will do:
Supports the contracting and purchasing process by preparing and issuing purchase orders, negotiates with and selects vendors and monitors vendor performance. Provides general support of the aircraft records function of CAM. Sources, negotiates, tracks and coordinates parts release for loaned/borrowed or cannibalized parts.
What you need:
Bachelors Degree preferred
Requires at least 2 years of experience in vendor relations and/or negotiations.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and e-mail. Must be able to design and maintain spreadsheets for reporting and write correspondence.
Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to balance several projects at the same time. Must have excellent communication skills.
Previous experience with aircraft records managment is a plus.
